Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Arcadia, CA
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our busy periodontal practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing a variety of front office responsibilities. Must have dental experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Preparing and pulling patient charts for daily appointments Greeting and checking in patients Collecting patient information and updating records Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate financial records Coordinating with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments Maintaining an organized and efficient front office Assisting with additional administrative and office duties as needed Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Experience: Dental receptionist: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
