Key Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and professionally Answer phone and email inquiries promptly Occasionally present treatment plans with confidence and enthusiasm Explain financial options clearly and compassionately Assist Treatment Coordinator with Insurance Breakdowns and follow-ups Follow up with patients to achieve strong case acceptance Ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and excited about their smile Skills & Requirements The right candidate will have: A friendly, outgoing personality that puts patients at ease Interest in a long-term position with a growing private practice Knowledge of Orthodontics and General Dentistry is required Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Confidence with computers and experience using Open Dental & Dolphin Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Reliable transportation Knowledge of Dental Insurance is required Bilingual skills are a BIG plus (any language welcomed!)
