Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with an early finish every Friday to kick off your weekend and every Monday off to recharge and start your week right. What You'll Do As an integral part of our clinical team, you'll provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while helping patients understand the connection between their oral health and overall wellness. Responsibilities include: Welcoming patients and reviewing medical histories Recording blood pressure and addressing patient concerns Taking diagnostic radiographs and intraoral photographs Performing iTero Dental Health Scans Completing comprehensive periodontal evaluations Providing preventive and periodontal therapy Administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide when indicated Utilizing laser therapy as appropriate Educating patients on oral-systemic health, periodontal disease, and home care Co-diagnosing alongside the doctor and helping patients understand recommended treatment Providing seamless handoffs to our administrative team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A licensed Dental Hygienist Passionate about patient education and comprehensive care Confident practicing independently while collaborating with the doctor Positive, dependable, and a true team player Committed to continual learning and professional growth Someone who values building long-term relationships with patients While we are open to speaking with a variety of candidates, we're especially excited to meet someone who can confidently assess, educate, co-diagnose, and help patients make informed decisions about their oral health.
