Responsibilities Provide top-tier hygiene services: prophy, SRP, fluoride, sealants, whitening, and resin infiltration Take and review diagnostic images (FMX, BWX, CBCT, intraoral photos) Perform Itero 5D scans and explain results to patients Deliver personalized oral health education and product recommendations Help patients understand and commit to their treatment plans Cross-train and assist in other areas when needed (phones, scheduling, sterilization, etc.) Follow-up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and best infection control practices Patient Experience & Team Support In addition to clinical hygiene care, this role supports our concierge-level patient experience and smooth practice flow. Team members may assist with patient communication, scheduling support, follow-up, sterilization, room turnover, and other practice needs as appropriate.
