About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for a self-starter who is efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care. What You'll Do Laboratory Responsibilities: · Operate CAD/CAM technology for designing, printing, and milling crowns and flippers · Fabricate temporary crowns, temporary bridges, and bite blocks · Adjust, stain, and glaze crowns · Deliver completed crowns and prosthetics with precision and care Clinical Assistance: · Set up and assist with bite blocks, bite registrations, wash impressions, try-ins, and delivery of removable prosthetics · Assist with IV sedation procedures · Assist with implant procedures, including a strong comprehension of implant parts and impression systems General Responsibilities: · Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and clean clinical environment · Communicate effectively with patients and team members · Uphold the highest standards of quality and patient care at all times What We're Looking For · Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), required · Prior laboratory experience , a plus · Experience with IV sedation and implant procedures, a plus · Self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator, required · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, required · Prior customer service and leadership experience, a plus · Bilingual in English and Spanish â a plus What We Offer · Competitive pay: $18.00â$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience · Health insurance with employer contribution · Dental benefits · 401(k) with retirement plan options · Paid time off and vacation · Flexible schedule · Employee discount · Continuing education and professional development opportunities · A supportive, team-oriented culture where your skills are recognized and rewarded How to Apply If you are ready to make a difference in a rewarding, patient-centered practice, we want to hear from you!
