Full-Time Dental Assistant – Children's Dental Office Join Our Fun, Friendly, Kid-Focused Dental Team! Our busy children's dental office is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who loves working with children, enjoys creating positive dental experiences, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fun and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures Help children feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit Take and process digital dental X-rays Prepare treatment rooms before and after each patient Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment Follow all infection control and safety protocols Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Work closely with the dental team to provide an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Dental Assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus) Current Radiation Protection and Safety Certification (required) Coronal Polishing Certification (required) Topical Fluoride Certification (required) Certification for Assisting in the Administration of Nitrous Oxide (required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, positive, and patient-centered attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Spanish-speaking is a plus!
