We are looking for a warm, organized and dependable Front office Specialist to join our team and help our office run smoothly. Position Overview: Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45am – 5:00pm & Friday 6:45am-1:00pm Compensation: Dependent on experience $22+/HR Location: Oregon City, Or Key Responsibilities: Patient Hospitality: Greet arriving patients with a warm smile, manage the check-in/check-out process, and handle a multi-line phone system. Smart Scheduling: Optimize the daily hygiene and doctor schedules to maximize productivity while minimizing patient wait times. We also offer all forms of sedation dentistry. Financial Presentation: Clearly explain treatment plan estimates, present payment options, and collect copays securely. Data Management: Maintain accurate digital health records using Eaglesoft Software while strictly upholding HIPAA compliance. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: General customer service skills. Dental specific experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient-first attitude. Attributes: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
