We are looking for an experienced, full time front desk person for our busy two-location orthodontic practice. We have a beautiful office in Buffalo Grove and a second, brand new office in Deerfield. Applicants must be comfortable with a client-facing role for in person and phone-based communication, and should be familiar with orthodontic insurance billing. Applicants with a strong history and understanding of insurance, billing, scheduling, financial planning/bookkeeping, and prior work in health-care are strongly preferred.
