Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Round Lake Beach, IL We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our privately owned family dental practice! Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards Fabricate temporary crowns Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate clinical notes and charting Monitor inventory and restock operatories Help keep the clinical area clean, organized, and running efficiently Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience required Current CPR certification (we will provide it) Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and a team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital technology is a plus Schedule Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 1–2 Saturdays per month: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid continuing education Paid uniforms Holiday pay Paid Time Off Retirement plan eligibility Employee dental benefits Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement If you're looking for your forever dental home a place where you'll be valued, supported, challenged to grow, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day we'd love to hear from you.
