This position offers competitive compensation with an availability for benefits. This is a full-time position (32-34 hours weekly). Our ideal candidates have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Quality clinical skills with a willingness to grow, learn, and try new things A team-oriented mindset A naturally happy demeanor A desire to make each patient's experience exceptional A desire to contribute to our positive culture and team environment Compensation for this position includes: Competitive hourly rate Health Insurance Dental Insurance (in-house) 401(k) Paid time off and holidays CE Assistance Responsibilities: Actively assist our dentist chair-side with room preparation, procedures, and documentation Take quality radiographs/x-rays as determined by our dentists Educate our patients regarding their treatment plans and how to maintain their oral health Ensure we maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations Assist, as needed, other clinical team members Monitor our dental supplies levels and order using the approved formulary Complete quality, appropriate lab work Qualifications: EFDA certification required Current radiography certification required Dental Assistant certification required Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) preferred Current certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Analgesia preferred Remain current on OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control Training Current Immunizations (Hep B, TB) CPR Certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Work Location: In person
