Dental Front Office Assistant / Receptionist - ThoroughDent Smiles - Georgetown, KY

We are looking for that special someone to add to our front office business assistant team to be the voice of our practice for patients seeking help with their dental concerns. While previous dental experience is highly preferred, it is also important that the ideal candidate has refined communication skills and a passion to learn and grow with us. Some of the areas of responsibility for this role will be as follows: Greet patients and make them feel welcome Answer phones and schedule/reschedule patient visits Prepare patients' charts and fill daily schedules Optimize doctor and hygiene schedules Conduct follow-up calls to schedule patient re-care/treatment Verify methods of payment and collect payments as needed Provide patient education/resources related to treatment Encourage referrals and testimonials Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning and filing We offer competitive pay based on experience, a 4-day work week, and we are a private practice that values its team members and overall patient experience in a fun environment!
