Job description: Comfort Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. What We Offer Competitive pay of $17–$20+ per hour, based on experience Full-time, consistent schedule Established patient base and steady patient flow Modern, digital dental practice Supportive doctors and experienced clinical team Growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Positive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming first impression Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and handle scheduling requests Verify dental insurance and communicate coverage and benefits to patients Collect co-pays and process patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and update information using Dentrix Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team Manage recall and reactivation lists to keep the schedule full Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience Qualifications Front desk, receptionist, or dental office experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience with dental insurance verification is a plus Experience with Dentrix is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong commitment to patient care Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working directly with patients Thrives in a collaborative team environment Communicates warmly and clearly, in English and Spanish a plus Takes initiative and works efficiently Maintains a positive and professional attitude Wants to continue learning and growing within the dental field Is seeking a long-term opportunity with a growing private practice Schedule Full-time Monday–Saturday Opportunities for additional hours as needed Primarily based in our Hyde Park and Pilsen locations About Comfort Dental Studio Comfort Dental Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental practice serving Chicago through our Hyde Park and Pilsen locations.
