Dental Assistant – Private Practice (Patient-Focused, One-on-One Care)

We are a boutique private dental practice dedicated to exceptional patient experience and high-quality dentistry. Our office is intentionally designed to see one patient at a time, allowing us to provide personalized, unhurried care in a calm and supportive environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

No RDA license required — we are open to both experienced assistants and motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the dental field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Support patient flow and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish
• Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for patients
