What We're Looking For:

Experienced Registered Dental Assistant with surgical experience (periodontics or surgical experience) 

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clinical accuracy

Ability to manage the highest level of sterilization protocols

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Positive attitude with a commitment to patient care and practice excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for periodontics and surgical procedures
• Instrument sterilization and operatory turnover with the highest standards to infection control protocols
• Preparation and organization of materials for clinical procedures
• Support clinical work flow to ensure efficiency and optimal patient experience
