We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about pediatric dentistry and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented practice. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care for pediatric patients Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, radiographs, and other hygiene services as permitted by state regulations Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Help children feel comfortable, confident, and excited about visiting the dentist Build positive relationships with patients and families Work closely with our dentists, assistants, and front-office team to provide exceptional patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all infection-control and safety protocols Create a positive, fun, and engaging experience for every child What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in New Jersey Current CPR/BLS certification Previous pediatric dental experience is preferred, but enthusiastic hygienists with a strong interest in working with children are encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A warm, patient, and positive personality Comfortable working with children of different ages, personalities, and needs Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Someone who takes pride in providing excellent clinical care while making the dental experience enjoyable for kids Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive and collaborative team environment Pediatric-focused practice with a strong emphasis on patient experience Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families A fun workplace where your personality and ability to connect with kids truly matter The Ideal Candidate We're looking for more than someone who can simply perform a cleaning.
