We are a brand-new, boutique general dental practice in the East Bay. We’ve built this office from the ground up to be different - calm, modern, and 100% digital. We are building our founding team and looking for a reliable Dental Assistant who wants to help us set the standard for patient care in a high-tech environment. We are looking for someone to cover Wednesday & Friday with potential for adding additional days going forward. What we actually need: Digital X-Rays: Must be efficient and comfortable with digital sensors. Tech-Savvy: We’re 100% paperless using Oryx Dental. If you haven't used it, you just need to be someone who picks up new software quickly. A Positive Vibe: We’re a brand-new, drama-free team. Reliability and a professional attitude are non-negotiable; we’ll build the chairside flow together. Quality First: We aren't a high-volume "dental factory." We focus on high-end work and a great patient experience. Requirements: Radiation/X-ray Certification, Infection Control Certificate Reliability: Showing up on time and being part of the team.
