Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated RDA Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain operatory readiness, sterilization, and support efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Assist dentist chairside during examinations, treatment, and procedures, as well as occasionally help up front when needed, like helping to answer the phone.
