We're looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing private PPO practice in Santee! This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand. At our office, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team! In this role, you'll assist the doctor during a variety of general dental procedures, help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment, take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and photos, educate patients on their treatment and home care, and ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient care. Experience with implants, sedation, iTero scanning, 3D printing, and full-arch procedures is a plus! Qualifications Required: Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Minimum 2 years of experience in a private general dental practice At least 1 year of Eaglesoft experience Current X-Ray Certification Coronal Polishing Certification Current BLS/CPR Certification Infection Control and California Dental Practice Act certifications Preferred: Experience with implant surgery and sedation Experience with All-on-4 and full-arch reconstruction Experience with iTero scanning Experience with CT Scanning Office Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM If you're looking for a practice where you'll be appreciated, challenged, and given the opportunity to grow, we'd love to meet you!
