Job Summary We have a well Established Dental office located in Union, NJ. We are Looking to Hire a Highly Motivated General Dentist for Part-Time hours or Full-Time . Candidates must be Energetic, Personable, and have great communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred for this role. A Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience is preferred. We require the following for this Role upon hiring: New Hires are Required to Begin Work Within our Hygiene Department - Performing Routine Dental Cleanings, Comprehensive Exams and Building their own Schedule. (A Dental Assistant will be designated to assist in all areas) We are seeking a General Dentist to perform the following Task: Educate patients about their oral health and proper oral hygiene techniques Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Provide high quality Comprehensive oral health care which includes all phases of Dentistry: including extractions, root canals, etc. Provide age appropriate care to all groups from infant to geriatric Inform patients about their treatment plan; including risks and benefits of the proposed treatments and alternative treatment options when appropriate. Achieve high patient satisfaction by offering professional and friendly service Ensure Infection Control and HIPAA compliance in practice without exception. Comply with office policies and Procedures Requirements: Current NJ dental license and DEA in good Standing General Practice Residency ( GPR ) Preferred Knowledge of OSHA, HIPPA and infection control compliance Current CPR certification Self-directed; ability to direct and manage tasks, and treat patients independently Please send in your CV along with your Availability.
