Why You'll Love Working Here Small, supportive team where your voice matters and leadership is genuinely invested in your development Hands-on experience with modern technology — CEREC same-day crowns, digital scanning, and in-house 3D printing Consistent Monday–Thursday schedule (no evenings, no Fridays, no weekends) Clear path for growth as your skills and confidence build A practice culture built on integrity, teamwork, excellence, and patient experience — not just words on a wall, but how we actually operate day to day What You'll Do Provide chair-side assisting and four-handed dentistry alongside the doctor Take X-rays and intraoral/extraoral photos Take digital intraoral scans (CEREC) or physical impressions Help fabricate crowns, bridges, veneers, and dental appliances using CEREC and 3D-printing technology (full training provided) Sterilize and organize instruments; tear down, disinfect, and set up operatories Manage digital charting in Dentrix Ascend Keep the facility and operatories clean and organized Support scheduling and phones as needed Update patient health histories and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand — we all wear a few hats here What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Active CPR/BLS certification (required) X-ray certification (required) 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred, but not required for the right person Professional communication and customer service skills A team player who takes initiative and adapts well in a growing practice Physical Requirements This role requires a full range of body motion, including regular sitting, walking, standing, and reaching with hands and arms, and lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
