We are seeking a friendly, professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for every patient and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Present treatment plans and review recommended care with patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options related to treatment plans Collect co-pays, payments, and review financial arrangements with patients Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemail messages Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic/insurance information Qualifications (Required) Preferred pior experience in a dental front office is a plus but willing to train the right person Preferred proven experience with dental case presentation and patient financial discussions Strong understanding of dental treatment plans and terminology Knowledge of dental insurance and benefit coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix experience preferred) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay (commensurate with experience) Monthly bonus plan Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern, well-established dental practice Opportunities for professional growth and development Additional benefits available based on employment status How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed.
