Join Our Team! Young Family Dental is looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team in West Jordan. We are a fast-paced, high-volume practice with three doctors committed to providing exceptional dental care in a friendly, patient-focused environment. As a Dental Assistant, youâll work closely with all providers, assisting with a variety of procedures while helping keep the schedule running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office, enjoys working as part of a team, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for a wide range of dental procedures Preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently Taking digital radiographs and intraoral images Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards Educating patients and ensuring a positive patient experience Supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day Collaborating with doctors and team members to provide outstanding care What Weâre Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a patient-first mindset Dental assisting experience preferred (or as required by state regulations) If youâre looking for an exciting opportunity where no two days are the same and you can grow alongside an experienced, supportive team, weâd love to hear from you!
