Dental Assistant / Front Desk Floater – Evolve Dental (Centreville, VA) Part-time, 2 days/week — Immediate opening We're looking for someone who's just as comfortable working chairside as they are running the front desk. This floater position will split time between dental assisting and front desk responsibilities , helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Schedule Wednesday (required) One additional day: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time hours, or to pick up additional days.We are looking for someone who: Has chairside dental assisting experience Has worked front desk or admin in a dental office before (scheduling, insurance basics, check-in) Likes variety, not just tolerates it Brings a genuinely positive, can-do attitude Is passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience Responsibilities may include: Assisting chairside during procedures; prep rooms and instruments Greeting and checking in patients Schedule appointments, answer phones, manage day-to-day front desk flow Keep clinical and administrative sides talking to each other Our practice is committed to providing high-quality dentistry and a 5-star patient experience , and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
