Dental Assistant – Private Practice | Monday–Thursday

We are an established, one-doctor private dental practice in Woodland Hills looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

We have a close-knit team and a calm, organized office environment. We’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly with patients, works well with others, and wants to find a practice where they can stay and grow long-term.

Both experienced dental assistants and newer graduates are encouraged to apply. For the right candidate, we are happy to provide training and help you continue developing your clinical skills.

What You'll Be Doing
-Chairside assisting for general and restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and build-ups
-Taking high-quality digital X-rays
-Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
-Sterilization and infection control
-Assisting with crown preps and other procedures
-Fabricating temporaries based on experience and skill level
-Charting and maintaining accurate patient records
-Communicating with patients and helping them feel comfortable
-Learning the doctor's preferences and anticipating needs during procedures
-Helping the clinical day run efficiently and on schedule

What We're Looking For
-Dental assisting experience OR completion of a Dental Assisting Program
-California RDA is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
-Reliable and punctual
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Professional, friendly, and comfortable communicating with patients
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Team player with a positive attitude
-Someone interested in a stable, long-term position

Schedule
-Monday–Thursday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00/5:30 PM
-No Fridays or weekends.

Compensation
-Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, credentials, and clinical ability.
