Help needed: Dental Assistant for Phoenix, AZ dental office

Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Role Requirements

• Dental Assistant certification or relevant dental assisting experience.
• Current Radiograph (X-ray) Certification required.
• Current Coronal Polishing Certification required.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection-control protocols.
• Ability to assist the dentist efficiently during patient procedures.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.
• Ability to follow OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required, depending on office policy.
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a dental team.

Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist, prepare patients and treatment rooms, maintain sterilization and infection-control procedures, document patient information, assist with dental procedures, and provide excellent patient care while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
