Dental Assistant - Rose Crest Dental - Chandler, AZ

Dental Assistant- Saturdays Only Rose Crest Dental is looking for a skilled, quick-learning Dental Assistant who is proactive, dependable, and committed to excellent patient care. We want someone who takes ownership of their work, puts first things first, listens to understand, works toward win-win solutions, and values the strength of a unified team. What You’ll Be Doing ✓ Creating a positive, welcoming experience for patients ✓ Assisting with restorative procedures, crowns and bridges, extractions, implants, and clear-aligner orthodontics ✓ Taking high-quality dental X-rays ✓ Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms ✓ Following infection-control procedures ✓ Maintaining accurate clinical notes and patient records ✓ Managing inventory and keeping supplies stocked and organized ✓ Anticipating the needs of the doctor and patients ✓ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, timeliness, and service This is primarily a Dental Assistant position, with opportunities to cross-train and assist at the front desk. Front-office training may include scheduling, answering phones, verifying insurance, and assisting with patient check-in and checkout. What We’re Looking For ✓ Arizona X-ray certification required ✓ Dental assisting experience preferred ✓ Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor ✓ Excellent organization and note-taking skills ✓ A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude ✓ Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue improving ✓ Experience with restorative procedures, implants, or orthodontics is a plus ✓ Open Dental experience is a plus ✓ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Join Rose Crest Dental?
