Part-Time Dental Assistant - Camellia Dentistry - Temple City, CA

Camellia Dentistry is seeking a dependable and personable Dental Assistant to join our private dental practice. This is an in-person, part-time position with a regular Tuesday and Friday schedule. Our practice combines modern dental technology with attentive, compassionate patient care. We are looking for someone who communicates well, supports their teammates, and helps create a comfortable experience for every patient. Responsibilities Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms before and after appointments Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans Sterilize instruments and follow established infection-control procedures Provide patients with postoperative and oral-hygiene instructions Organize and monitor dental supplies Help maintain an efficient daily patient flow Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience is preferred X-ray certification Working knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures Familiarity with digital dental systems; Open Dental experience is helpful Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team Friendly and compassionate approach to patient care Schedule Part-time Tuesdays and Fridays 9-6PM Compensation $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
