Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – 4 Days/Week - Babak Shahrokh DMD - San Diego, CA

We are a modern, growing dental practice looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team four days per week. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Saturday availability is required. We are looking for an RDA who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven dental office and has experience with digital dentistry. Qualifications: Current California RDA license CEREC experience strongly preferred Clear aligner/Invisalign experience strongly preferred Experience with digital scanning Comfortable assisting with restorative and cosmetic dentistry Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Must be available Saturdays Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting for general and cosmetic procedures CEREC scanning and assisting with same-day crowns Clear aligner scans, attachments, IPR setup/assistance, and aligner appointments Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining proper sterilization Providing patients with postoperative and treatment instructions Maintaining an efficient clinical workflow and supporting the doctor and clinical team Schedule: 4 days per week Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.
