Dental Assistant – Airway, Sleep & Orthodontics Complete Health Dentistry of West Michigan | Grand Rapids, MI We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is excited about airway, sleep, orthodontics, and helping patients in a bigger way. At Complete Health Dentistry, we look beyond the teeth. We focus on airway, sleep, breathing, myofunctional therapy, growth and development, and whole-health dentistry. Our airway program is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with it. We’re especially interested in someone who has experience working in a dental practice that incorporates airway-focused treatment into patient care. This may include experience with sleep appliances, mandibular advancement appliances, orthodontic expansion, airway-focused orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, or other growth and development-focused treatment. You may already have experience in an airway-centered practice, or you may have a strong foundation in dental assisting and a genuine desire to become highly trained in this area. What matters most is that you understand that airway dentistry is more than simply placing appliances — and you’re excited to learn how it all connects. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has dental assisting experience Has worked in an airway-focused, sleep, orthodontic, or growth and development practice — ideally with hands-on experience assisting with sleep appliances, orthodontic expansion, or airway-focused orthodontics Has a genuine interest in airway, sleep, breathing, and whole-health dentistry Is curious, motivated, and takes pride in their work Is comfortable with technology and learning new things Communicates well with patients and teammates Works well independently and as part of a team Brings positive energy and a great attitude to the day Because we believe attitude matters.
