Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Las Vegas, NV
About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. About the office: We are a dental office located in the southwest valley and have been in operations for over 15 years. Our website is Summerlinsmiles.com. Hours: We are open Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 4PM. Fulltime hours consist of Monday through Friday from 8:45AM to ~4:15PM. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Review and explain patient paperwork, including consent forms and treatment plans Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions Collect and process patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Qualifications: At least 2 years dental office experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dental office software What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the practice Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Dental: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
