The Role We’re on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our crew on Wednesdays. There is flexibility to add on more days for the right candidate- possibly Mondays, Tuesdays, or Saturdays in the near future if there is interest! Compensation & Perks ∙ $53-$57/hr based on experience ∙ State-of-the-art technology and modern equipment ∙ A team culture that’s warm, supportive, and genuinely fun Responsibilities ∙ Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal assessments ∙ Take and interpret digital radiographs (BWX, FMX, panoramic) ∙ Accurately document patient records and treatment notes ∙ Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care ∙ Collaborate with our awesome dental team on individualized treatment plans ∙ Maintain sterilization and infection control standards per OSHA guidelines What We’re Looking For ∙ Active New Jersey RDH license in good standing ∙ CPR/BLS certification ∙ Strong clinical skills with a gentle, patient-friendly touch ∙ Great communicator and team player Why You’ll Love It Here We’re not just offering a job — we’re offering a place where you’ll actually look forward to Wednesday mornings.
