Rooted Dentistry is looking for a motivated, positive Sterile Technician / Entry-Level Dental Assistant who is excited to learn, work hard, and grow with an incredible dental team. No dental experience is required. We will train the right person! This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in a future career in dentistry. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors to keep our clinical team running smoothly while learning how a modern dental practice operates. Your responsibilities will include: Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms Maintaining sterilization and infection-control standards Keeping clinical areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Supporting dental assistants and hygienists throughout the day Helping with laundry, supplies, and clinical organization Learning dental instruments, materials, procedures, and terminology Assisting with patient flow and creating an excellent patient experience Taking on additional dental assisting responsibilities as your skills develop For the right person, this position is designed to grow.
