Bilingual Dental Receptionist - Sparkling Smiles Family Dentistry - Cicero, IL

Job Summary We are looking for a full time bilingual Dental Receptionist to join our dental family at Value Dental Center inside the Walmart in Cicero, IL. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Manage patient records and update information in the dental office system (Eaglesoft, Dentrix Ascend, etc.) - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims for Medicaid, Medicare, and PPO's patients - Collect payments from patients and provide them with receipts - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience working as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with dental office systems and software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix Ascend, etc.) - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and processing payments - Ability to work well in a team environment If you are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic dental office team, we would love to hear from you.
