Play a key role in a patient-centered, team-focused dental practice. Pay is $20–$30/hr , based on skill level, credentials, and experience. We’re seeking an experienced, dependable and patient focused Dental Assistant to join our team in our established, doctor owned dental practice. What You’ll Do Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for procedures Take dental X-rays and assist with imaging Maintain sterilization processes and follow infection-control protocols Assist with impressions, temporaries, and other clinical tasks within scope Accurately document procedures while maintaining HIPAA compliance Support patient comfort, communication, and education Help maintain efficient clinic flow and strong team collaboration Maintain dental supply inventory What We’re Looking For Dental assisting certificate or equivalent experience Indiana radiology license Previous chairside assisting experience Knowledge of dental terminology and general procedures A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where able Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow professionally Benefits & Perks 401(k) with 4% company match 2 weeks PTO Paid holidays Free on-site dental care for you, your spouse, and your children Continuing education and professional development support Clinical scrubs provided 4-day work week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
