Dental Hygienist — Join our Startup Practice in WNC Location: Western North Carolina Position: Dental Hygienist Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00; Thursday 8:00-3:00 Pay: Starting at $45/hour Are you looking for a dental hygiene position where you can get to know your patients, work with a supportive team, and genuinely enjoy coming to work? We are a small-town dental practice in beautiful Western North Carolina looking for a caring, dependable Dental Hygienist to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality dentistry while creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to get through a schedule. We’re looking for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients and being an important part of their overall health. What You’ll Do Provide thorough, compassionate preventive dental hygiene care Perform routine prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, radiographs, and other services within your scope of practice Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Build lasting relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in our office Communicate effectively with the dentist and the rest of the team Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow appropriate infection-control procedures Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient What We’re Looking For Current North Carolina Dental Hygiene license A genuine commitment to excellent patient care Strong clinical skills and attention to detail A warm, personable approach with patients Dependability and professionalism Someone who communicates well and enjoys being part of a close-knit team A hygienist who takes pride in their work and wants to build relationships—not just fill a schedule Why You May Love Working With Us We believe a great dental office should be a great place to work, too.
