**Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus** Registered Dental Hygienist We’re Hiring! We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! We prefer a full-time hygienist but are open to discussing part time. What We Offer Create your own schedule — flexibility to control your pace in your column of appointments per the patients' needs during our open hours Competitive salary ranging from $56/hour- $70/hour. Performance-based bonus system — realistically structured where your hard work and productivity are rewarded with easily achievable goals. Our current top producing hygienist is set to make over $115k this year. (Our bonus system does work!) Sterilization assistant to help with room turnover and sterilization. All team members are encouraged to pitch in and help each other out.
