360 Dental Lounge is hiring a full-time Dental Receptionist! We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. What You’ll Do Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out and collect payments Verify and update patient information Review and collect patient balances and copays Assist with insurance verification and basic insurance questions Communicate treatment and appointment information clearly to patients Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow up with new patient leads and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front office Work closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience What We’re Looking For Previous dental or medical front-office experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable answering phones and communicating with patients Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable discussing payments, balances, and treatment costs with patients Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office Strong attention to detail Must be comfortable working at least 2 Saturdays per month What Makes a Great Fit at 360 Dental Lounge?
