Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Dental Front Desk Coordinator. Our progressive fun, busy, established Orthodontic practice has a great team delivering outstanding orthodontic care to our awesome patients. Dental or Medical Office Experience strongly preferred. Orthodontic Office experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication experience in an office setting is a must. Responsibilities include: Welcome & check in patients Schedule patient appointments in our practice management software Confirm upcoming appointments Verify and update patient information Verify Insurance for patients Assist in the new patient process Enter new patient contracts into practice management software Manage patient communications Answer and manage incoming calls Collect payments Maintain an organized front desk and waiting room area Required skills include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Courteous Efficient Appropriate phone manner Computer knowledge including Word, Outlook. Ortho2 software is a plus! Social Medial Excellent pay and benefits including health, vacation, education and retirement. Full time Monday - Friday work schedule.
