What We’re Looking For Previous dental assisting experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable working with a variety of procedures, including: Crowns Root canals Extractions Dental implants Other comprehensive restorative and surgical procedures Common sense and the ability to think ahead are essential. We value assistants who can anticipate what the doctor and patient will need rather than waiting to be told every step. Initiative matters. You should be someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action. Punctuality is a must. Being on time and prepared is an important part of being a reliable member of our team. Strong personal values and a good work ethic are required. We are looking for someone who is honest, respectful, accountable, dependable, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Teamwork is important. You will be working alongside our existing DA, so being cooperative, respectful, communicative, and willing to help each other is essential.
