We are looking for a caring, professional, and reliable Dental Hygienist to help treat patients and promote good oral health practices at our busy dental practice in Novi. For Dental Hygienists, hourly rates range from $48–$58 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus! We offer flexible scheduling options designed around your availability — work 1 day or all 4 days each week! Responsibilities: Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before and during their examination Sterilize dental instruments Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g., remove plaque, apply fluoride, etc.) Educate patients of all ages on proper dental care, including good brushing and flossing techniques Take X-rays and/or dental impressions Maintain accurate digital documentation and patient charts Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide an excellent patient experience Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or Dentist Valid Michigan license to practice in your respective profession In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A patient, friendly, and professional personality Strong attention to detail Ability to meet the physical demands of the role Interested Dentists: We are happy to discuss part-time or full-time opportunities based on your experience, interests, and desired schedule.
