Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help to ensure efficient, quality patient care. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a dental assistant program or on-the-job training. X-ray certification preferred. Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations. Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and materials. Take and develop dental x-rays. Educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices. Maintain accurate patient records. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. Schedule patient appointments and follow up on treatment plans. Perform office tasks as needed to support the dental office operations.
