Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Omaha, NE
Hello! Our office is looking for a full time dental assistant to join our amazing busy team! Days needed are Monday through Friday. 32-37 hours a week. We are looking for someone who is experienced, and reliable! We are willing to train for the right candidate with no experience. Radiology certificate or can assist in getting certification for the right candidate Job duties include: Chair side assisting Turning on and off all dental equipment Cleaning around the office Sterilizing and disinfect all instruments and operatories Accurately manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPPA regulation Provide pre and post operative treatment care Treatment planning and updating patient tooth charts Setting up rooms/ keep operatory stocked and clean Take various radiographs as needed for patient treatment Helping with tasks where needed Taking impressions / making retainers Laser whitening Notating any treatment completed from specialty offices when report is received Calling patients for doctor upon request Helping front desk Team work! Helping co-workers where needed and always working as a team!
