Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Middletown, NJ
Our family-oriented dental office is looking to hire a receptionist with an emphasis on billing. We are willing to train but applicant must possess good communication skills and computer skills. Job requires multi-tasking, including handling office phone calls and insurance/billing entry or questions. Hours are Mon-Thurs and alternating Saturdays with some flexibility. Description includes: Ensure a positive experience by being helpful and upbeat Team player Enter the breakdown of benefits Get mail, enter payments and referral documents Compile end of day packet with deposit information Send out statements to patients Greet and schedule patients on telephone and in person, take detailed phone messages Walkout patients, verify procedures completed, collect payment, and submit insurance Confirm next day's appointments and next week's recalls scheduled 6 month in advance Ensure friendly interaction and communication between patients and coworkers Have patient complete paper work and enter all pertinent patient information into practice management software, acquire the necessary signatures Verify insurance eligibility and frequencies per patient or family Please Submit a Cover Letter along with Resume.
