Key Responsibilities *Performs primary dental hygiene duties including: reviewing patient health history; conduct preliminary oral examination including periodontal charting; take intra-oral photographs; take vital signs; perform oral prophylaxis including sub-gingival and supra-gingival scaling, root planning, periodontal maintenance and soft tissue curettage; apply fluoride treatments and sealants *Educates patient in oral hygiene, including dietary analysis *Performs efficient treatment and stays on time for appointments Requirements *A valid Washington State license as Dental Hygienist. *CPR/BLS certification Pay DOE.
