The dentist will diagnose and deliver treatment while working collaboratively with our clinical, hygiene, front-desk, and laboratory teams. Clinical responsibilities may include: Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning Restorative dentistry Crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics Emergency dental treatment Endodontic procedures Simple and surgical extractions Implant restoration Cosmetic dentistry Clear aligner therapy Comprehensive and multidisciplinary cases Experience with oral surgery, implant dentistry, endodontics, or full-mouth rehabilitation is a major plus—but not required. We are interested in finding the right person, not simply filling days on the schedule. Who We’re Looking For Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a dentist in New York State DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Current professional liability coverage Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered Comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment options Dependable and able to work well with a team Motivated to build lasting relationships with patients Interested in professional growth and expanding clinical skills Compensation Compensation is structured as a competitive percentage of collections , based on experience, schedule, and clinical capabilities.
