What this job actually feels like You won't stand in a corner suctioning saliva all day. You won't be invisible. You'll be chairside with the doctor, prepping the room, taking x-rays, and being the calm, reassuring presence patients (and nervous parents) need. You'll watch kids grow up in this chair over the years. You'll be the person patients ask for by name.
