We’re a family-owned pediatric dental + orthodontic practice built from the ground up in Clemmons. We’re modern, fast-growing, a little unconventional—and very intentional about creating a place where kids feel comfortable, parents feel heard, and our team actually enjoys coming to work. The Schedule Our patient care is concentrated into three clinical days: Tuesday–Thursday | 8 AM–7 PM Want more hours? Flexible administrative hours are available Monday and/or Friday. We’re open to full-time or part-time for the right person. What You'll Do This role is primarily pediatric clinical assisting , including both operative and hygiene : Assist with fillings, crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, space maintainers, and other pediatric treatment Assist with hygiene, fluoride, sealants, and preventive care Take high-quality X-rays and maintain accurate clinical records Set up and turn over rooms efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards Help educate kids and parents about treatment and home care Most importantly: help kids feel safe, comfortable, and proud of themselves Because we offer Kids Dental + Orthodontics under one roof , there are also opportunities to cross-train in orthodontics if you're interested. We'd Especially Love: Pediatric dental experience preferred BLS certification NC radiography qualifications Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification Coronal Polishing Certification Dental Assisting program training Strong knowledge of OSHA, infection control, and sterilization Open Dental experience is a plus Not every box checked?
