What You’ll Do: You are the ultimate comfort guide for our young patients! Your day will include: Guiding children and parents through their visits with a warm, comforting voice. Using child-friendly language (like "tooth counter" or "tickle your tooth") to explain procedures. Assisting our pediatric dentists with cleanings, sealants, chair-side dentistry, nitrous oxide and conscious sedation monitoring & more! Taking digital X-rays and intraoral pictures efficiently on wiggly patients. Ensuring strict sterilization and safety standards are maintained. What We Are Looking For: Certifications: Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide monitoring, Radiograph certifications required. The Pediatric Factor: Infinite patience, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine love for working with kids (and managing their parents!). Team Player: No place for slackers on this team! We need team players who enjoy pulling their weight while working hard together in a fast-paced environment! Tech Savvy: Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
