Experienced Orthodontic Assistant - Empire dental Specialty Group - West Chester, OH

Our established, orthodontic practice is looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is passionate about orthodontics, patient care, and being part of a fun, supportive team. We are currently hiring for our Beavercreek and West Chester locations . Team members will have a primary location, but must be willing to travel to our other office when needed. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with Fridays only until 2:00 PM Required: Current radiology license What You’ll Do Assist the Orthodontist with a variety of orthodontic procedures Provide exceptional patient care and create a positive patient experience Take and process X-rays, photos, impressions, and other diagnostic records Educate patients on oral health and orthodontic treatment Track and document patient progress Adjust retainers and clear aligners, including Invisalign Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area Help ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout treatment Perform other duties as assigned by the Orthodontist What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has previous orthodontic assisting experience Loves working with patients of all ages Is confident, dependable, and takes pride in their work Is a positive team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment Is willing to travel between our Beavercreek and West Chester offices as needed Is excited about braces, orthodontics, and creating great patient experiences Dentrix Ascend and/or Cloud9 experience is a plus, but not required.
