Dental Assistant – Part-Time We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our modern, single-doctor dental practice. We provide general dentistry in a PPO/private-practice setting , with a strong focus on honesty, patient education, personalized care, and a welcoming experience for patients of all ages. SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL – REQUIRED Fluent Spanish is a MUST for this position. Strong Spanish and English communication skills are essential for communicating effectively with our patients. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures Take and process dental X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Maintain clean and organized operatories Assist with patient flow and daily office operations Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Cross-train and assist with other office responsibilities as needed Qualifications Fluent Spanish/English bilingual skills REQUIRED Prior dental assisting experience preferred, but NOT required Willing to train the right candidate with no prior dental assisting experience New graduates and candidates new to dentistry are welcome X-ray certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent is sufficient Dependable, positive, organized, and eager to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer PART-TIME POSITION ⭐ VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING – we will work with the right candidate to accommodate your availability $20–$26/hour , based on experience and qualifications 401(k) match 30-minute lunch break Free parking Supportive and welcoming work environment Hands-on training and professional growth opportunities Cross-training to develop additional dental and office skills No dental experience?
